Rapid Growth Strategies LLC ("RGS", "we") is a Missouri, USA company. This page explains what we collect on this website, why, and what we do with it — in plain English.

What we collect

Two things, and only when you choose to give them:

• Audit form submissions. If you fill out the free automation audit at rgsandco.com/audit, we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, website, team size, the tools you use, where your time goes, your goals, timing, and budget range.
• Email. If you email us or book a call, we receive whatever you send and your contact details.

Browsing the site itself requires no account and asks for nothing.

What we use it for

• To prepare and send the automation roadmap you requested.
• To reply to you and, if you choose to work with us, to deliver the engagement.

That's it. We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing sequence. One human reply, as the form says.

Where it lives

Submissions are stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Gmail). The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Both providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Analytics & cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and does not track you across sites. It shows us aggregate page views only. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Audit submissions are kept while they're useful for working with you. If you'd like yours deleted, ask — see below — and we'll remove it.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Both are honored by emailing the address below.

If we materially change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
